TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Museum tickets or customized special experiences are never refundable after booking.
During the periods of greatest attendance, despite of the reservations, the entry to the museums could be
subjected to delays against the prearranged timetable, which are not attributable to the organization
staff responsibility.
Children under 18 must always be accompanied by at least one adult.
The organization cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by third parties or for reasons beyond
their control, and cannot be held responsible for the loss of valuables, luggages or objects during excursions.
Pricing notes:
Guides and drivers are also available with knowledge of other foreign languages, but they must be quoted
separately and are subject to availability.
All prices include VAT and all taxes.
Safety Policy for driving tours, In case of self drive option:
We require the travelers to send us at time of booking all drivers driving licenses, passports,
credit card as guarantee in case of accidents, a self declaration of proven experiences riding vespas.
Older than 21 years old. Previous experience is mandatory.
We reserve the right of final judgment in client participation of actual scooter
driving or in client being a passenger, or to discontinue scooter use at any point of the tour.
Any participant unable to drive scooters safely may ride double with a partner, or on the guide’s scooter
if available or continue the tour on board one of our support vehicles if available.
NO REFUNDS will be granted in this case.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION:
- From 7 to 5 days before the booked Tour: 50% of the toal will be charged
- From 4 days to the booked Tour: 100% of the total will be charged
RAIN POLICY
RAIN POLICY:
The tour departure might be canceled due to rain.
We will do our best to proceed with the tour.
However rain could prevent us from being able to offer an enjoyable and fully safe experience on the tour.
In any case, clients should show up at the meeting point at the scheduled time, or contact the office in advance.
In case we cancel the tour (and only in this case), guest options are:
- Rain check to be used the following day or at any other time, subject to availability.
The Rain check is a voucher given to the client.
The voucher is transferable and may be sold or given to others to use at a future date and
lasts up to 1 year from date.
It has a value that can be possibly used in any other tour of this category.
- In case the tour departure is not canceled but anyway there's a chance of rain during the day, we will do
our best to proceed with the tour, doing all we can to provide the vespa/bike/horseback riding, possibly
carrying out the tour with our minivan if and when the rain falls.
If it does not stop raining, the entire tour will be conducted in the safety and comfort of the minivan.
Guest options in this case are:
- Proceed with the tour hoping for clearing weather - with the understanding that no refund or discount
will be given if vespa/bike/horses are not ridden due to rain, or if the vespa/bike/horse riding tour is
abbreviated due to rain.
We will do our best to get you on a horse, weather permitting.
- Rain check (of the same amount clients paid) to be used the following days or at any other time, subject to availability.
The Rain check is a voucher given to the client.
The voucher is transferable and may be sold or given to others to use at a future date and lasts up to 1 year from date.
It has a value that can be possibly used in any other tour provided by our company.
Please note that clients' safety and comfort are of utmost priority, and proper rain gear is mandatory for
